What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding lets a business raise money from many investors through an online platform. Each investor puts in a small amount, and together they cover the company's need. In Azerbaijan, the rules for this market will be set by Law No. 450-VIIQ and Central Bank acts.

  1. 1A company publishes an offer on an operator's platform.
  2. 2Investors review the key information and invest small amounts.
    • If the raise succeeds, the company receives the funds.
    • If the target is not reached, funds are returned to investors.

How will a platform work?

We are preparing a demonstration prototype of a platform. It shows the investor and project owner journey with test data. No real money or real projects are used.
